Thus saith the Lord your God who has made you, therefore no one who has not consulted with God cannot tell you who you are. No mother, father, family, friend, husband, wife, enemy you name them.

Psalms 139

O Lord ….Every moment you know where I am. You know what I am going to say before I even say it. You both precede and follow me and place your hand of blessing on my head.

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit them together in my mother’s womb.  Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! It is amazing to think about. Your workmanship is marvelous—and how well I know it.  You were there while I was being formed in utter seclusion! You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your book!

God is the only one who knows fully we are yet we haven’t checked Him out!

You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart. Jer. 29:13

For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jer. 29:11

The next time someone comes up to you and offer to tell you who you are, ask this question, “Have you checked with God?”
